Unity House is currently seeking 1-2 LPN's (Licensed Practical Nurse), to fill a permanent, Full-time/Part-time position working 1:1 with a person in their home.

Registered Nurse's (RN's) are also strongly encouraged to apply!

$22-30 Hourly Wage Range (D.O.E)

Unity House's LPN position will be able to:
- Provide 1:1 care to a person with an array of Developmental Disabilities, along with the physical/medical cares they requires.

-Work alongside our Direct Care Staff to assist people with Development Disabilities within their homes.

Schedule:

The ideal Hours for this position will consist of Full-Time Hours (32-40hrs) - an array of shifts (3pm-10pm) during the weekdays, and rotating weekend shifts.

LPN/RN Qualifications:
Complete/current certification of MN State LPN/RN Licensure is required.

Must be 18 years old or older and be able to pass a Background Study performed by Minnesota Department of Human Services. No previous experience in a group home necessary. Must have the willingness to complete all necessary training. All training necessary for this specific position is provided by Unity House, Inc. and you're paid for your time!
