Unity House is currently seeking motivated, caring and patient individuals for much sought-after positions including hours as a Full-time Overnight Staff!

$16 Starting Rate- Hourly

Unity House's Direct Support Professional will be able to:

- Provide overnight supervision and cares/coordination in the mornings/evenings

- Work 1:1 with young people with developmental disabilities within their home and community

-Motivate and inspire ideas and creativity

-Participate willingly in programming

- Assist and provide direction with community outings, daily living skills, food preparation, cleaning, transportation, hygiene care, and more.

Unity House is Currently Hiring:

1x Full-Time Direct Care Staff- Working an Overnight Position in a Group Home, with 3 Women, in their home. Must be willing to assist with tasks of daily living, including, but not limited to: Overnight supervision, cleaning, cooking, medication administration, hygiene practices/assistance, and any other required programming you'd be trained on.

Schedule:

Schedules to be determined by Program Director.

This position will involve Full-time Overnight hours during the week and rotating weekends.

Example Schedule: Week 1- Sun, Mon, Fri., Sat.

Week 2- Tue, Wed, Thurs.

Direct Support Professional Qualifications:
Must be 18 years old or older (21 at one site) and be able to pass a Background Study performed by Minnesota Department of Human Services. No previous experience in a group home necessary. Must have the willingness to complete all necessary training. All training necessary for this specific individual is provided by Unity House, Inc. and you're paid for your time.
