Job Description Summary – Project Manager, Cybersecurity Office
Northern Trust’s Cybersecurity Office (CSO) provides world-class high performing portfolio, program and project management capabilities across the Information Security (Infosec) group.
WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO:
• We are looking for a Senior Project Manager who will be assigned to one or more of Northern Trust’s large book of cybersecurity projects that require project management best-practices and rigor to execute and successfully deliver on time and on budget.
• Drive hard-working global teams consisting of employees and onshore/offshore consultants from multiple vendors.
• Manage projects with teams that consist of technology engineers, solution architects, business analysts, scrum masters, and application owners.
• Partner with key business and technology stakeholders in the delivery of critical technology initiatives to meet our strategic goals.
• Responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of Infosec projects.
• Proactively identifies and mitigates risks that impact Infosec projects.
• Change agent for project management best-practices.

• 8 years of project/program management
• Schedule management
• Risk and issue management
• Budget and financial management
• Coordination and communication across teams
• Managed large projects using Agile/Waterfall methodologies
• Managed large projects using Azure Boards
• Earned a B.A. or B.S. degree in a business or technology field of study
