IT Technical Project Manager MSP (Hybrid) Duties:

• Develop project timelines and assist Sales in setting customer expectations, including attending QBRs as needed
• Prioritize and manage field engineer resources to schedule and execute project work
• Establish and maintain project metrics ensuring projects are completed on time and within the planned budget
• Identify and communicate changes in project scope through Change Orders or SOW amendments
• Develop practices to continuously improve the project management process including conducting post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and implement improvements
• Identify project opportunities across the customer base and work with the Sales team to present to the customer
