Seeking a Clinical Pediatric Nurse Manager to play a pivotal role incoordinating resident care delivery, recommending, developing, and implementingpolicies and procedures. Leading the team, the Nurse Manager ensuresoperational excellence in collaboration with staff and the interdisciplinaryteam. Compensation: $123,500 - $133,500

Qualifications:

·Graduate of an accredited RN program.

·Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.

·Acute or Long-Term Pediatric Experiencepreferred.

·Nurse Manager/Supervisory Experience preferred.

·Ventilator experience preferred.

·Licensed and currently registered as aprofessional nurse in New York State.

·Current BCLS certification.

·PALS Certification preferred.
