The Hospital Pediatric Nurse Manager will be responsible for the day to day operations and supervision of the Pediatric Unit, PICU,and NICU. Responsibilities include providing clinical leadership to the Pediatric teams, ensuring the delivery of safe and effective patient care, monitoring and evaluating patient care outcomes, facilitating ongoing staff education, and more.

The ideal Pediatric Nurse Manager candidate have a strong background in pediatric nursing, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate and manage a multidisciplinary team. Requirements for this role include:

• 5 years of Registered Nurse experience in related field
• minimum of 2 years of leadership experience
• BSN, MSN preferred
• Strong background in Peds, NICU, and PICU
