Northeast Family Services is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to work directly with
our Program Director providing administrative support. You will be responsible for performing a
variety of administrative duties including preparing reports, answering phone calls, managing
referrals, scheduling initial assessments, verifying benefits, uploading documents to an electronic
health record, faxing, collection of copayments, receiving visitors and other organizational and
clerical tasks. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, professional, capable of managing their
workload and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity to

Responsibilities :
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including scheduling initial clinical and medical
evaluations.
Coordinate client appointments, ensuring timely scheduling and appropriate allocation of
resources.
