The Human Resources Generalist role is exciting role for an emerging HR professional. The role is a mix of administrative support on the HR team along with significant responsibilities in full cycle recruitment and benefits administration. The HR Generalist is a member of a 4-person HR/Risk team and will have opportunities to be involved in all areas of HR, including recruitment, compensation, benefits, training, employee relationships, payroll, and safety.
Position Summary
Administrative and professional-level support with day-to-day Human Resources functions. Responsible for recruitment, employee data and employee file maintenance, HR system administration through the use of Human Resources Information System and time and attendance software, benefits administration, payroll administration and employee engagement and training.

Bachelor’s degree with major coursework in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, two (2) years’ experience in human resources strongly preferred. English/Spanish is a plus.
