- Support Windows PC and Mac issues for end-users.
- Manage incident tickets in Service Now.
- Maintain and troubleshoot meeting room equipment.
- Assist in new user onboarding and equipment setup.
- Retire and wipe old devices per guidelines.
- Image and configure new PCs.
- Resolve hardware and software issues promptly.
- Take detailed notes and gather info for tickets.
- Demonstrate a proactive and learning mindset.
- Support various operating systems and devices.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and hardware troubleshooting.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour
