Description: Fulltime role with TCS
- Imaging, Troubleshooting Windows 7 and windows 10, Printer, office 365 app support, Mobile device support,
- Experience in Desktop support management.
- Troubleshooting skills on Laptop/Desktop/Mobile Device Management
- Printer and network troubleshooting Experience in supporting video conference rooms, PC Lifecycle management.
- Experience supporting Data center activities.
- Good communication skills
- Multi-tasking capabilities
Important Notes about this job:
Travel for KT (Knowledge Transfer) - Across US ( first 2 to 3 Months)
Relocate to Base location - Can be any location in US.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $44,989.84 - $54,181.31 per year
