If you are passionate about the Food/Drink Industry keep reading below! We are seeking an experienced, energetic, motivated, and personable Service Manager for our daily operation.
Job Description: Working 45-50 hours in a 5 workday format. Assist in all aspects of the restaurant's daily FOH operation including customer service, cash handling, dining rooms, ordering/inventory, schedules, and employee staffing. Continue to grow the restaurant's reputation for outstanding service and food quality. The Service Manager would aid in the development, supervision, and monitoring of all team members.
Some Responsibilities
- *Hire, train, oversee, and sometimes fire employees *Order food and beverages, equipment, and supplies *Oversee food preparation, portion sizes, and the overall presentation of food *Ensure that employees comply with health and food safety standards *Address complaints regarding food quality or service *Schedule staff hours and assign duties *Establish standards for personnel performance and customer service *Professional appearance and demeanor *Proficiency at expo when necessary *Manage a diverse team of employees and unify them with common goals *Ability to read guests and make sure they leave happy *Experience in interviewing, training, and counseling peers.
