The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing professional and prompt in-person, telephone and email service to our clients.

The ideal candidate would have a background in customer service and possess the skills necessary for the long term satisfaction of GSG clients.
CSR Responsibilities:
- Assist walk in clients, answer phones/emails. Update clients on pending work.
- Process paperwork accurately including, general billing, purchase orders, product returns
- Generate, send and follow up on customer quotes
- Inventory awareness and management
Requirements:
- Possess the willingness and aptitude to learn the many GSG protocols designed to give our clients the best experience.
- Ability to mange competing priorities is a must
- Computer skills
- Great organizational and people skills
- Rotating Saturday shift from 8am to Noon every third Saturday.
This is a fast paced, high energy retail sales environment where the CSR will work as an integral team member to meet goals and deliver the best customer service. The ability to quickly build rapport with customers to understand their needs is essential.
The successful candidate will thrive in a team environment, enjoy learning new products/skills and seek professional growth.
Entry level with minimal experience pay range is $18-$20/hour to start with the ability to earn up to $27/hour for experienced candidates.
