Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Home Care team. As a Registered Nurse, you will Complete our in home assessments as need for insurance companies, and assist with various medical procedures. As needed Your expertise and dedication will contribute to the overall well-being of our patients.

Duties:
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments on patients
- update as needed our individualized Care plans
- Fill medications sets as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and document patient vital signs and progress

- Provide patient education on health conditions, medications, and self-care techniques
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Skills:
- Valid RN license in [AZ]
- Experience in ophthalmology is a plus
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy and medical terminology
- Competency in sterile processing techniques
- Basic life support certification required
