Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team. As a Retail Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, managing sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management and possess excellent leadership and organizational skills.

Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the retail store, including sales, inventory, and customer service-

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales and inventory.
- Handle customer inquiries in a professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and achieve business goals
- Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels
- Utilize POS system to process transactions accurately

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of sales management principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using POS systems and other retail software applications
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
