DYNOMITE DIESEL PRODUCTS is hiring a Customer Service / Salesperson.
Dynomite Diesel builds the best performing Diesel injectors available. At Dynomite Diesel, we are constantly testing new products to give our customers the best driving experience possible. We calibrate and balance injection rate to tighter tolerances than our competition. Our goal is the provide the cleanest, smoothest horsepower possible, with our constantly evolving technology and machining processes.
Join our team as a Parts and Customer Service Salesperson, where you will play a crucial role in facilitating customer needs and requests in an informative, productive, and efficient manner. A background in the Diesel and Aftermarket parts industry is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products or services
- Conduct sales transactions and process payments accurately
- Shipping and Packaging product
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Utilize sales techniques to maximize revenue opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
Experience:
- Proven experience in customer service or sales roles
- Proficiency in using software systems for sales tracking and customer management
- Strong market knowledge in the Diesel industry
- Previous experience in automotive parts is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Background in retail sales is beneficial
