Role:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Inside Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our market development efforts, focusing on B-to-B sales and consulting within technical trade and OEM markets. Your responsibilities will include customer consultation, maintenance, and expansion, as well as the development and coordination of operational structures with our headquarters. Additionally, you will conduct market research and analysis of country-specific industrial clusters to drive our sales strategy forward.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize professional market development strategies to acquire B-to-B customers
  • Consult, maintain, and expand customer relationships within technical trade and OEM markets
  • Develop and coordinate operational structures with NORRES headquarters
  • Conduct market research and analysis of focused country-specific industrial clusters
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes and drive growth

Experience Requirements:

  • 1-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B-to-B environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident, articulate, and genuine personality
  • Positive, competitive, and coachable mindset
  • Proven work ethic and self-motivation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

Compensation/Benefits:

  • Competitive salary: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year plus bonus
  • Health, vision, and dental plans; 401(k) after 6 months
  • Sick, vacation, and holiday pay available after 90 days
