Overview :

The Food and Nutrition Department provides high quality nutrition care to our patients and guests.

Responsibilities :

Manages and coordinates the activities of the Food & Nutrition Services department at all locations in order to ensure quality services.

This includes patient services, retail services, catering services and in-patient clinical services for the health system.

• Serves as subject matter expert and coordinates process improvement projects .
• Leads teams and establishes deliverables to provide innovative culinary solutions.
• Specializes in the planning, management and execution of patient centered projects.
• Responsible for assisting Director with implementation of and recommendations for strategies to meet health system strategic plan and be consistent with the health system's mission, vision and values.

Qualifications :

• Must have a Master's, Bachelor's, or Associate's degree in nutrition or business related field, Certification as a Dietary Manager, or Culinary Certification.
• Degree in Dietetics or Food Management / Nutrition or any other program approved by the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics which leads to registration as a Registered Dietitian preferred.
• Prefer 2 years supervisory / administrative experience in institutional food service and clinical dietetics.
• Registered with the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics as a Registered Dietitian preferred. Licensed as a Dietitian in Oklahoma preferred.
• Must have a food handlers card and Serv Safe certification.
• Must have a valid Oklahoma Driver's License.
