Position: Genesis Parts Manager

Job Fair Location: 24341 El Toro Road, Laguna Woods, CA 92637

Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of parts specialists to provide outstanding customer service and support to our service and sales departments.
• Manage parts inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels while minimizing excess inventory and obsolescence.
• Maintain accurate records of parts transactions, including sales, returns, and adjustments, using computerized inventory management systems.
• Monitor parts sales performance and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability, including promoting accessory sales and special promotions.
• Collaborate with service and sales departments to identify parts needs and ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
• Develop and implement parts department policies and procedures to optimize efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations related to parts and accessories in a professional and timely manner, striving to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction.
• Stay informed about Genesis parts and accessories catalog, pricing, and availability to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers and colleagues.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in automotive parts management or related field, preferably within a dealership environment.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve performance targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
• Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories, including familiarity with Genesis products preferred.
• Proficiency in computer systems and software applications related to parts inventory management.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
