Position: Genesis Parts Counter

Job Fair Location: 24341 El Toro Road, Laguna Woods, CA 92637

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner as they approach the parts counter, establishing rapport and building trust.
• Assist customers in identifying and locating the right parts and accessories for their Genesis vehicles, using parts catalogs and computerized inventory systems.
• Provide accurate pricing and availability information to customers, processing parts orders and transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized parts counter area, displaying merchandise and promotional materials effectively to attract customers' attention.
• Answer phone inquiries and respond to emails from customers regarding parts and accessories, providing assistance and information as needed.
• Collaborate with service and sales departments to ensure timely fulfillment of parts orders and support departmental operations.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and courteous manner, striving to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction.
• Stay informed about Genesis parts and accessories catalog, pricing, and availability to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in automotive parts sales or customer service roles preferred.
• Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories, including familiarity with Genesis products a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing parts orders and transactions.
• Proficiency in computer systems and software applications related to parts inventory management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and multitask effectively.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
