Nola Brunch & Beignets is a fun, unique brunch restaurant located in San Antonio, Texas. We serve New Orleans inspired breakfast and lunch dishes throughout the week. We are famous for our flavorful food that's cooked from scratch, and our New Orleans style Beignets. We have a close-knit team and are currently looking to add to our restaurant family.
Job Outline
Our prep cooks prepare batch recipes each day. You'll maintain the cleanliness and organization of your station, kitchen, and storage areas through the entire shift. You'll prepare batch recipes and work with the Head chef to help create excellent food in a unique and fun environment. You'll break down and clean your station and shared kitchen spaces before checking out with Head Chef or GM. Have fun doing it.
