Beer & Wine Bartender
Job Description :
We are looking for enthusiastic and knowledgeable Beer & Wine Bartenders to join our team on an on-demand basis. Ideal candidates should have a passion for craft beers and fine wines, coupled with a talent for providing excellent customer service in various event settings and establishments.
Key Responsibilities (Varies by Business) :
- Provide knowledgeable service of a wide range of beers and wines to guests.
- Engage with guests to offer recommendations based on their preferences and the available selection.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Manage inventory and restock beer and wine as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal liquor laws.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
Requirements :
- Proven experience as a bartender, with specific knowledge of beers and wines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and calmly in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol and possess any required certifications.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
