This individual is a crucial part of the kitchen. This person knows that a successful culinary experience can only be created with sanitized and well-maintained equipment and facilities. Their primary role is to maintain a clean kitchen, properly organize the restaurant and back of house area, and assists with the preparation of food as need.

Requested Tasks

-Load and unload dishwashing machines

-Wash specific items by hand (e.g wooden cutting boards, large pots and delicate china) -Store clean dishes, glasses and equipment accordingly

-Ensure there are enough clean dishes, glasses, and utensil, especially during peak hours

-Check washing machines’ operation and promptly report any technical/performance issues
