• Answer phone and email inquiries from potential guests in a timely and respectful manner
• Offer restaurant and activity recommendations and assist guest in arranging excursions
• Receive and redirect mail, phone calls and packages
• Ensure guest spaces and lobby are clean and tidy at all times

• Ability to partner with outside businesses in order to make thoughtful recommendations
