Qualifications include but are not limited to:

• A high school diploma or GED
• High energy personality with focus on great resident service.
• Problem solver, positive outlook, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills
• Experience with social media including Facebook and Instagram
• The ability to walk properties frequently
• Team player attitude
• Dependable and detail oriented
• Previous experience in customer service is required
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Multilingual abilities are a plus
• Familiarity with Gulch community preferred.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Greet guests and visitors in a warm and welcoming manner
• Monitor the pool area in the Spring/Summertime
• Provide information about the community facilities, services, and local attractions
• Handle resident inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
• Maintain a clean and organized desk area
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure guest satisfaction
