Skills & Requirements

· This is an on-site position in Nashville, TN

· Previous hotel guest services experience

· Strong knowledge of Nashville area: attractions, restaurants, events

· Communicate clearly and professionally verbally and written; English

· Flexible schedule

Duties:

· Greet and welcome hotel guests

· Provide local information to guests in a professional and genuine manner

· Assist in procuring access to local tours and events for the guests

· Provide thoughtful and personalized service

· Maintain a positive and engaging demeanor

· Answer guest questions and inquiries; in person, phone and email

· Maintain strong property knowledge; promoting in house offerings to the guests

· Work closely with other departments to create amazing guest experiences

· Other duties as assigned by supervisor
