We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and creating exceptional beverage experiences for our guests.
**Duties:**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following company recipes and standards
- Interact with guests, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Upsell additional products when appropriate
- Adhere to all food safety regulations
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in bartending or customer service preferred
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures
- Familiarity with retail math for handling transactions
- Ability to operate a cash register efficiently
- Understanding of basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Strong time management skills to handle peak hours effectively
- Excellent customer service skills to engage with patrons
