Noblis is seeking an accomplished strategic Director of Business Development (BD) to work directly for the Defense Mission Area Vice President with Noblis. This position works with a talented team of professionals that protect our nation seeking out threats to our national security that are dynamic and complex. The Defense mission area spans the breadth of national security missions, domains, and agencies.
This leader will lead and develop all of business development, capture and proposal management activities as well as, meet customers and partners and actively lead key captures and proposals across the Air Force, Army, and Space Force accounts.. This position will be expected to strengthen the Noblis business development pipeline that directly supports the growth goals across Noblis, of $100 million of new revenue a year. This role also drives solutions that enhance and/or enable our customer needs and requirements with a comprehensive understanding of innovative technology and tools, systems engineering, program and acquisition management, environmental engineering sustainment, lifecycle analysis, supply chain assessment and threat management. The selected candidate will lead the development of win strategies through competitive analysis, pricing analysis, teaming, solution reviews, and client engagement. This position also seeks strategic alliances with other organizations (internal and external) to support our client missions and growth goals.
The successful candidate must have past experience demonstrating success leading large capture and growth initiatives, and proven achievement in winning large and complex solutions opportunities. Salary at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, and clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is provided within the posting and are based on full time status. Part time staff receive a prorated salary based on regularly scheduled hours. The estimated minimum and maximum displayed represents the broadest range for this position (inclusive of high geographic and high clearance requirements), and is just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package for employees.
