Duration: 6 Months Mon-Fri (8 am to 04:30 pm)
Job Description:
· Under general supervision, is responsible for professional staff work of routine through average difficulty in relieving an executive of administrative detail; and performs related work as required.
· An employee in this class routinely performs general assignments to relieve an executive of administrative detail and other duties which do not require his/her personal attention.
The main job duties consist of the following:
1. Process permits, inspection requests, and payments for customers
2. Return messages from customers from the voicemail and personal desk phone line
3. Return emails from customers
4. Answer calls and assist customers from the main incoming phone line
5. Communicate any issues with Core/Access or the main phone line to the supervisor as soon as you are made aware
6. Communicate clearly and professionally during all customer interactions
Education and Experience:
· Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree; qualifying full- time increasingly responsible sub-professional experience or paraprofessional or
· Professional experience may be substituted for the required education, on a year-for-year basis, to a maximum of four years.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
