Job Summary
- Maintaining schedules of maintenance & housekeeping staff
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations regarding nursing homes
- Maintain and accurately record logs and documentation
- Interact with vendors and ensure contracted work is completed as needed
- Maintains records of all repairs, preventative maintenance, warranties and inspections.
- Must possess plumbing, electrical and general construction knowledge
- Strong managerial and organizational skills
- Ability to work under deadlines
- Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Clean driver’s license and their own vehicle
- Strong managerial and organizational skills: 1 year
- Maintenance of a skilled nursing facility: 1 year
- Must possess plumbing, electrical and general construction knowledge: 1 year
