Responsibilities:

• Oversees Community safety program and maintainsa secure resident home and working environment in compliance with policy and regulations
• Sustains a preventative maintenance program tomaintain proper functioning of all Community equipment, plumbing, electrical,and HVAC systems
• Hires, trains, schedules, and leads themaintenance team in providing exceptional services
• Completes all maintenance requests, bothscheduled and emergency, quickly and efficiently
• Conducts inventory on chemical supplies andcomplies with proper storage and usage procedures
• Implements safety protocols and procedures toavert incidents and ensure compliance with OSHA requirements
• Performs exterior maintenance duties asnecessary
• Delivers fire and disaster education andperforms preparation and drill activities with residents and team members
• Engages with residents in a compassionate andimpactful manner, cultivating a warm and supportive environment where thevalues of love, compassion, and dignity are reflected in every interaction

Qualifications:

• High school graduate or GED equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license with driving record ingood standing per insurance vendor
• Experience in HVAC systems and/or electricalrequired
• Prior senior living experience desired
• Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal, writtenand verbal communication skills
• Must possess leadership and supervisory abilityand the readiness to mentor, motivate, and inspire
