skills you bring to the field

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3-5 years proven experience as a Software Architect or Lead Developer, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages and software development frameworks.
• Deep expertise in software design patterns, architectural principles, and system integration.
• Excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to analyze complex technical challenges.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms, microservices architecture, and containerization technologies.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Security-conscious mindset and understanding of secure software development practices.
• Strong knowledge of database systems, distributed computing, and scalability concepts.
• Previous experience in a leadership role with mentoring responsibilities is preferred.
