Job Purpose :
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join our Franklin, MA office team.
As a detail-oriented individual with a can-do attitude, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience.
Your excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, will be essential in addressing customer inquiries and providing exceptional service.
You will be the problem solver, coming up with creative resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
