Millennium Logistics Management is Hiring a Logistics Coordinator/Customer Service Near Franklin, MA

Logistics Coordinator

Full Time Mon-Fri 40 hours per week

Pay $ 20-23 / hour

Millennium Logistics Management located in Franklin, MA has been managing transportation services for over 20 years. We utilize our background in the moving and storage business to bring our old school work ethic to the new era of First and Final Mile White Glove Delivery and Asset Recovery.

We are looking for a reliable Logistics Coordinator to help us manage and monitor our clients orders.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team setting, while handling various responsibilities with competing priorities as well as excellent Customer Service Skills.

Responsibilities:

· The overall goal of this position is to facilitate white glove deliveries and asset recoveries based on the requests and requirements presented by our customers.

· Maintain positive business relationships with customers and their clients, along with our service providers and internal staff through consistent, pro-active communication.

Daily Duties:

· Monitor extensive email and phone traffic.

· Procure and Transfer Information between customers and carriers

o Receive info from customer and identify which services are needed to accommodate the request

o Write up detailed requests to the carriers.

· Tracking and tracing of all orders using daily check list

o Write up detailed order confirmation sheets for customer and carrier.

o Input orders into Millennium order entry program.

· Communicate with Supervisor any delays or issues on orders.

· Note all events in Transportation Management System (TMS) and on the paperwork folder.

Requirements:

· Customer Service Skills

· Pro-active written and oral Communication skills

· Ability to handle and organize multiple tasks at one time

· Ability to prioritize tasks

· Ability to function in a fast-paced environment

· Fluent in Microsoft Office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.24 - $23.67 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
