We’re currently on the lookout for aProject Engineering Managerto join the team. 
You Will:

• Effectively communicate project requirements and project timelines/milestones to engineering teams
• Identify and resolve gaps between system-level project plans and program timelines/milestones
• Develop methods to quantify/measure progress on key engineering issues
• Ensure problems are transparent with a clear root cause, interim corrective action plan, permanent corrective action plan, and associated risks identified and communicated to the impacted parties
• Establish and maintain metrics and reports for the Program Technical Review
• Establish project milestones based on program deliverables
• Drive the completion of important cross-functional items and ensure key decisions are made at appropriate times to minimize program risk
• Identify risks and mitigation steps to ensure project readiness
• Ensure BOM accuracy by working with cross-functional teams
• Support planning of retrofit and commissioning activities for prototype vehicles
• Lead implementation of SFMEA corrective actions with cross-functional teams
• Identify program inefficiencies and champion improvements that streamline processes

• A Bachelors degree in Engineering in the areas of Mechanical, Automotive, Mechatronics, Electrical or closely related field.
• Minimum of (5) years experience in a complex engineering environment (automotive or aerospace engineering)
• Minimum of (2) years experience with technical project management
• Exceptional presentation, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks
• Ability to solve problems in a fast-paced work environment with minimal supervision
• Excellent Microsoft Projects & Microsoft Excel capability (Macros, complex queries, etc.)
• Experience with Google product suite (G-Sheets, G-Slides, Drive, etc.)
• Experience as a Design and Release Engineer a plus
• Knowledge of JIRA, JAMA, CATIA V6 and 3D Experience a plus
• Experience with Failure Modes & Effects Analysis (FMEA) – System FMEA a plus
