NFI Massachusetts, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Clinical Case Manager for our Intensive Residential Treatment programs located in Westborough, MA. This is a secure residential program for adolescents who have experienced trauma.
The program provides intensive therapeutic services to clients who are referred from the Department of Mental Health after inpatient hospitalization. Services include a multi-disciplinary team providing individual, group, family, and milieu therapy, and the accompanying case management for each client.
The Case Manager directly assists the clinicians with a variety of functions. This includes but is not limited to scheduling of treatment team meetings, communication with school districts and SEIS, collateral contact (which includes family members and DMH/DCF case workers, case-coordination, documentation, data collection. The Case Manager also may support the residential staff in the milieu during activities or other aspects of the daily structure when requested.
Hourly: starts at $22 an hour commensurate with experience and education
