The salary range reflected above is the normal hiring range for 2024. The full salary range, including longevity pay, is $39.70 - $57.98 per hour.
This position is part of the Merit System Supervisory Unit Employees Collective Bargaining Agreementrepresented by the Arrowhead Public Service Union.DISTINGUISHING FEATURES OF WORK
An employee in this class is responsible for analyzing, planning, developing and directing a financial management program. Duties include directing the accounting, budgeting, disbursing and receivable functions and financial reports. The work is performed under the direction of assigned supervisory staff.
WORK ENVIRONMENT

FREQUENT : Lift-push/pull while stationary up to 10 pounds; Carry-push/pull while moving about up to 10 pounds; Hearing (close proximity 0-5 feet); Headset; Bend Neck; Grasp; Handle; Maintain Posture; Move About; Sit and Walk. OCCASIONAL : Hearing distance (up to 20 feet); Ear phone; Reach; Reach Above Shoulder; Rotate Neck; Stand; Stoop/Bend; Works alone; Customer/Public contact; Extended Day and Drive. RARE : Lift-push/pull while stationary up to 50 pounds; Carry-push/pull while moving about up to 50 pounds; Balance; Kneel; Squat; Twist (waist) and Outside.
SELECTION PROCESSMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS - (Pass/Fail):
- Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration or a closely related field; AND four (4) years full-time paid verifiable experience supervising professional accountants.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license.
