A manufacturer in disposable medical devices and kits for various medical fields including cardiovascular, critical care, endoscopy, oncology, spine, and peripheral intervention is seeking a Clinical Applications Specialist for the LA area.

As a Clinical Application Specialist, you will have the opportunity to engage with a wide range of products and navigate complex client interactions. Working autonomously and collaboratively within a field-based clinical team, you will provide support to customers and deliver comprehensive product instruction. Your role will involve addressing clinical product inquiries from medical professionals, technicians, sales representatives, and other pertinent stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver product instruction, educational programs, and training to a diverse audience, including sales representatives, distributors, marketing managers, new employees, and investors.
• Provide clinical support for core and therapeutic products, including proficiency in image-guided procedural techniques.
• Collaborate in the assessment of new product market research trials and introductions.
• Build meaningful relationships with key stakeholders, such as account executives and regional vice presidents
• Effectively communicate and educate on the clinical application of our products in the interventional space.
• Seamlessly integrate into clinical and regional teams, becoming a valuable contributor.
• Serve as a clinical product expert and resource for customers and sales teams alike.

Qualifications:

• Three years experience scrubbing into the CATH or IR Lab
• MUST live in territory
• Equivalent education or business experience to a Clinical Degree (RT/RN/PA) in a medical imaging or procedures-related field.
• Three years of direct support for imaging-based procedures.
• Three years of experience in procedural-based medical settings.
• Strong communication skills, with a proven ability to analyze feedback in a learning environment to develop strategies for improving knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Profound understanding of coaching and development techniques, with the capability to implement a corporate clinical or sales preparation program related to our products.
• Excellent analytical skills, particularly in comprehending complex issues.
• Exceptional organizational skills and proficiency in coordinating large-scale programs.
• Demonstrated computer proficiency, particularly in spreadsheets, word processing, database management, and relevant software programs.
