What Will You Do:
Provide routine and special service support to customers.
Provide technical support to customers by identifying and resolving challenges; escalating to sales rep as appropriate.
Install, calibrate, and maintain chemical feed equipment and process monitoring equipment.
Can execute required chemistry tests, log, and report data, maintain product inventories.
Engages in problem solving by performing system analysis, running reports, interpreting data and providing recommendations for additional programs or process improvement. Identifies new service/product opportunities.
Directly involved with special projects. Interacts with influencers at major customers.
Trains Technical Service Representatives and customers.
Maintains accurate service reports, monitors the performance of equipment, and informs engineers of recurring issues
Provide routine service support to Sales Reps in strategic district accounts to execute agreed upon customer system assurance and continuous improvement plans.
Engages in problem-solving by performing system analysis, interpreting data and providing written recommendations to ensure customer operations are performing at optimal levels.
Assist Sales Reps with start-ups of new applications in both existing customer and in new accounts, site surveys, product application audits and field evaluation of new products.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
3-5 years industry experience
Possess a valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
No immigration sponsorship offered
Strong Mechanical Aptitude
Physical Demands:
Able to lift and carry 50 pounds
Have the ability to bend, squat down, and reach above your head
Ability to climb stairs and ladders
Preferred Qualifications:
2 years of industry experience
Basic problem-solving skills
Basic mechanical aptitude

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range:
35.00Annual or Hourly Compensation Range is based on full-time 40 hours per week. Ecolab in good faith anticipates it will pay within the posted range. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining the compensation for a potential new employee such as education, training, experience, work location, travel (if required), etc.
