This role requires excellent driving skills, a comprehensive knowledge of the local area, and the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

Transportation Services:

• Safely transport executives and guests to various destinations in a timely manner.
• Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and fueled at all times.
• Plan routes and anticipate traffic delays to ensure timely arrival.

Vehicle Maintenance:

• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks on the vehicle.
• Schedule and oversee any necessary repairs and servicing.
• Keep accurate records of vehicle maintenance and repairs.

Professionalism:

• Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
• Exhibit exceptional customer service skills, ensuring executives’ comfort and safety.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest level of confidentiality.

Administrative Tasks:

• Manage schedules and coordinate with executive assistants to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs.
• Assist with luggage and other items as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional driving experience, preferably as an executive or chauffeur driver.
• Proven track record of safe and efficient driving.

Licenses & Certifications:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
