We're looking for a tech fluent exec recruiter to join us. As a Talent Advisor with Newance, you'll work on executive and high level technical searches within a high-touch, boutique search firm.
You're also paired with a hands on subject matter expert - engineer, product, UX etc. This unique approach helps you to focus on what matters most - finding and engaging the right candidates at the right time.
To thrive in this role, you'll need to understand the world of venture backed startups and be able to talk about how you've utilized technology to be a better recruiter.
Fully remote is totally fine though preference will be for Milwaukee, WI or Madison, WI or Chicago, IL based candidates as we do like to hang out together regularly.
