Newance is Hiring a Professional Land Surveyor Near Franklin, WI

The Company:

Endpoint Solutions Corp, an employee-owned engineering services company based in Franklin WI, is looking for a motivated team member to manage and lead Endpoint’s surveying group as a full-time employee.

The Role:

Primary duties include review, certification, and assistance with survey documentation by Endpoint surveyors for residential, commercial, and industrial surveys including topographic, floodplain certificates, wetland boundary, certified survey maps (CSM), ALTAs, plats of survey, land divisions, and construction staking. Other duties will include client interaction, business development, and survey staff mentoring. Opportunity to grow department within.

Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) certification in Wisconsin is required. In addition, proficiency with AutoCAD or other drafting software is desired.

Compensation will be based on experience and interpersonal skills. Benefits include full healthcare, dental, and vision insurance; 401K with company match; ESOP participation; project profit share and complementary life insurance and long-term disability coverage.
