New You Dental Center is Hiring a Dental Office Receptionist Near Southfield, MI

Seeking a team-oriented dental office coordinator/scheduler/receptionist to work Full-time.

Part-time positions are also avaialble if you require more flexibility in your schedule.

Previous dental office experience and the ability to represent the company in a polite and professional manner, who is able to manage front-end aspects of patient care, including: check-in/out, scheduling new patient appointments, scheduling current patient recall appointments, insurance verification and co-pay collection. The ideal candidate will have experience with Dentrix/Dentrix Ascend and a solid understanding of dental terminology.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year previous experience in a dental office
  • Experience with Dentrix Ascend very favorable
  • Experience with patient recall, basic treatment planning, and patient scheduling

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
