This position is for a Front Desk Manager for our Dental Practice in West Bloomfield.

Job Duties
- Manage the overall schedule to make sure it's full.
- Oversea the scheduling coordinator to make sure new patients are scheduled within 24 hours.
- Make sure all patients sign a Treatment Plan and make payments upfront.
- Review the AR with the accounts manager. Ensure past due accounts are followed up on.
- Make sure all front desk staff are fully trained.
- Meet with the dentist to coordinate activities regarding patients.
- Goals should be set for the next week and everyone should agree on these goals.
- New policies should be distributed and discussed as needed.
Expected hours : 35 40 per week
