As a revenue cycle manager you will oversee the billing and insurance claims processing for 5 dental practices as well as managing insurance information requests. You will be utilizing AI software for payment posting and analyzing data. Your duties will include creating reports, analyzing data, identifying lost revenue, posting payments and implementing RCM strategies to minimize losses. You will share your data analysis with office managers and their teams for purposes of training and education.

The role requires a diligent professional that has at least 3 years experience in a similar role. The general work hours are Mon - Thu, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Responsibilities:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.00 per week
