Reporting to the Supervisor of Donor Recruitment, the customer service oriented candidate we seek will play a key role and have a direct impact on our daily collection activities and donor recruitment initiatives within New York City & Hudson Valley.
Responsibilities include:
To qualify, you must have a High School Diploma/GED (college degree preferred), One year of experience working in an operational/administrative support capacity, sales, marketing, or customer service role is required. Excellent oral/written communication, interpersonal, organizational and persuasion skills will be expected, as will the enthusiasm necessary to help schedule and recruit blood donors. PC proficiency and the ability to work a flexible schedule is also essential.
Driver’s License required for positions based in New Jersey, Hudson Valley and Long Island Regions. No Driver’s License requirement for New York .
For applicants who will perform this position in New York City or Westchester County, the proposed hourly salary is $16.00p/hr. For applicants who will perform this position outside of New York City or Westchester County, salary will reflect local market rates and be commensurate with the applicant’s skills, job-related knowledge, and experience.
