Apex Connections is a rapidly growing team of professional fundraisers looking for motivated, top-notch Charity Customer Service Representatives to join our Mobile -based team immediately.
Our ideal candidate will be a results-oriented and charismatic individual. Prior Advertising and / or Customer Service experience is preferred but not required.
We are looking forward to cross-training our ideal candidate in all aspects of Customer Service, Promotions, and Management.
And the training doesn’t end there! We will provide you with comprehensive ongoing training to familiarize you with our client’s products and all aspects of the Customer Service cycle.
From there, your success will be driven by your motivation, persistence, and ability to connect with prospective customers.

Responsibilities :
Attend in-person and virtual meetings to increase knowledge of our charity partners
Build and maintain positive working relationships with the clients, consumers, and fellow team members
Drive client acquisition, lead generation, and brand loyalty through donor activities at the events
Consult in client compliance
