Your new role:

  • Lead Compensation Initiatives: Oversee all compensation-related activities, including strategy and day-to-day operations.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance: Create tailored solutions aligned with immediate and future needs.
  • Ensure Accurate Commission Payments: Verify precise commission payouts.
  • Provide Expertise and Advice: Advise HR partners and senior leaders on pay programs.
  • Develop Compensation Strategies: Support business goals by refining compensation approaches.
  • Navigate Governance and Efficiency: Streamline processes and engage with senior stakeholders.
  • Analyze Compensation Plans: Evaluate and benchmark sales compensation strategies.
  • Partner with Finance: Design BU-specific incentive plans and ensure plan governance.
