JOB SUMMARY: Reporting to and under the general direction of the Associate Vice President for Human Resources, the Director of Human Resources is responsible for the daily management and operation of the human resources department for the university. The Director will coordinate the activities of and provide direction to staff in the talent acquisition, talent management, compensation, HRIS, analytics, and administration areas. The Director will also assume a lead role in the design, communication and administration of human resources programs, policies, and plans.
