Provide for financial solvency, consistently implement mission, values, code of ethics and code of conduct, provide compliance with insurance and risk management requirements including workplace injury, drug and alcohol testing, develop and maintain Human Resources policies and procedures, serve as the organizations EEO and DEI officer, work as a contributing member of the Executive Team by providing data reports, participating in strategic planning, review disciplinary actions to ensure compliance with regulations.
