New Charter Technologies is Hiring a Client Account Manager Near Ann Arbor, MI

Opportunity
We are looking for a full-time Client Account Manager to join our high-performance team. Your primary objective will be to strengthen the relationship between New Charter Technologies and its clients. You will plan/schedule regular meetings with a stable of clients, serve as a liaison between technical teams and clients, offer consulting, procure equipment, and deliver Strategic Business Reviews (SBRs) on a regular basis.
This position will reside in Ann Arbor, MI.
Responsibilities
  • Strengthen the relationship between New Charter Technologies and its clients through regular communication, including phone, email, and onsite meetings
  • Gain knowledge and insight about client businesses and needs
  • Act as a client advocate internally, reviewing open support tickets and raising issues
  • Meet with every client monthly
  • Present a Strategic Business Review (SBR) to every client annually
  • Spec and procure hardware/software based on client needs
  • Consult and offer one-time projects based on client needs
  • Evaluate client experience and identify and help implement process improvements
Requirements
  • 2 years of demonstrated account management experience
  • Experience with a professional CRM system
  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Teams
  • Ability to work under pressure, while maintaining a positive attitude and a sense of humor
  • Degree from an accredited university, or equivalent experience
Desired Skills
  • 2 years of demonstrated account management experience with a technology company
  • 2 years of Managed Service Provider (MSP) experience
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure, managed services, and cybersecurity
